Does anyone know how can i update lookup field using Excel connector?

i can't even get this field usinga query

Lookup fields can be retrieved and updated just like any other, but you have to use the Salesforce Id value (00N00000007Foz6) of the record you're trying to put into that lookup field instead of the name (e.g. Acme Bricks).

 

What object are you trying to update on? What API version are you connecting the connector to (shown as the last number in the URL when you login with the connector).
