communicate with apache server

Hi all,

 

I have some documents with attachemnts in apache server.

 

How to communicate with it and pull it into salesforce instance?

Is the Apache Server in your local intranet?
Most probably you have to expose your apache server to the internet through webservices to get the documents into your salesforce instance realtime.
