Scenario: I want to automate a email template in that template i need to display the values of one account by one with some condition (based on city like)

i have a custom object from that i need to fetch the records all based on city and records will be display one by one (ie,accounts having images also )

If I understand correctly - this should be possible through a n HTML template where you can use merge fields to populate the Fields from Account object :
