Although there might not be any specific apps which connect to your fingerprint device, you can easily develop one using the SOAP and the REST API.
On every fingerprint scan, you can use the soap or rest api to call your own custom code in salesforce which stores the records. For authentication however, you will have to use another local server which authenticates.

I have never tried this but these are my thoughts.
