select multiple values using lookup field

Hi,
How to select multiple values using lookup field in an object? I know this is possible through Apex and Visual but I am new to Coding.

Can somebody share the code with me?

Could you please share with community your exact use case - one uses Lookup relationship when there is a direct  one on one relation between a record and you cannot  select multiple values in such cases.
