Hi,
I have crated a one field i.e Birthdate. then value is like 12/01/2014.i have to update a records through date loader at that time i would like to change a birthadate value is 13/02/2015,after impoting a records the birthdate is updated but we got value as 12/02/2015,day value is not change.why?

Have you checked the date format settings on the data loader - it might be using a date format that takes that as the month rather than day and caps it at 12.
St577 MIn success.csv report the birthdate value is updated,after importing a record in to salesforce the day is not changed,,is their any changes with in salesforce time zone.
