Custom object and Reports

I have got 3 custom object. One custom object "Account Plan" has lookup field to other objects.
After having the account plan I can see the related list values. I also confirmed this by extracting records via DataLoader.

Now when I run the report I can't see the newly created records. I got "Allow Reports" turned on all custom objects.

any idea?

What object are you running the report on?

Also, are you using a Custom Report. If this is the case, check in the custom report to see if the fields are included in the custom report.
