Exposing data categories in a meta-tag on a Knowledge article

Hi

We use knowledge for our public kbase. I'm in a situation where I need to expose the associated data caegories in a meta tag on the article template visualforce page. 

Any suggestions on where I could go to get started on making this information available on the page?
