Custom link report - error " insufficient previllage"

I have created the custom link which is linked to a dynamic report based on the record. When i used it , some of records / some profiles its showing Insufficient previllages error. A User is having same profile able to access. Can you please advise.

It was role issue, it's solved.

Hi, first two things that come to mind. does the user have access (Sharing) to the record?  and two, does the user have access to the report folder that the report lives in?

The user is having access to both record and report folder. But still the error is showing. I dont understand. Please advise

Does the user not have read access to any of the fields?  Or are there roll up summary or formula fields included that user does have access to but not access to the objects/data its pulling?

Yes the user is having access to the field and and object, Becuase some of the user able to access
