CTI integration in salesforce

Hi,

I am trying to integrate CTI in salesforce using the following link.

Everything is working fine  but the problem is when I was trying to call am not able to get the call to mobile.

I don't know where I am doing wrong.

Please any one guide me on this

if I understand your issue correctly - you are trying to dial out of the Open CTI adapter

As mentioned in the above link - this call control does not connect to a real telephony system so you cannot make calls from the cti until you don't integrate it with the telephony system.
