Any way to automatically attach price quote and send to requester?

I am setup Approval process steps in Salesforce, in this steps I need after the final approval , Shall I attach Price quote pdf automatically and send to requester. Please advise.

Hi,

This automation can be made possible vai code but is not possible using the out-of-box functionality as after apporval process is complete the record access goes to the record owner who can then send the quote accross - if this is a process requirement - you can create your own approval process as explained in the link below and in the last step - automate the sending of quote to the requester -: http://shivasoft.in/blog/salesforce/dynamic-approval-process-based-on-the-apex-and-trigger/
