Chatter Desktop Installation Issue

Hi Everyone.

Recently i tried to insall chatter desktop , it just show me this error ,

Installer file broken and ask me to bring the new  installer file from the provider, Adobe AIR is installed properly in my machine.

Did anyone faced the same issue.

if yes, please follow this workaround and let me know if it works:
The install will complete if you set the Clock in the system tray on the local machine to a date prior to 2/23/2014.
1. Close all applications on the machine.
2. Right click on the system tray on the local machine.
3. Select "adjust date and time"
4. Set the date to 2/21
5. Run the Chatter Desktop install
6. Adjust the data and time back to the current date.
