Push Messaging Enabled option missing

The link @ https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.mobile_sdk.meta/mobile_sdk/push_using_ios.htm mentions steps to enable the "Push Messaging Enabled" option under Connected Apps --> Mobile App Settings. However this option is missing from Winter 14. Can anyone please suggest on how to enable Push notification for native iOS application?
To see this option, you will have to get the Push permissions enabled on your account. Talk to your salesforce Account Executive to get those permissions enabled or log a customer case.

One question: Will salesforce going to charge anything for enabling this feature?
Check with your Account Executive for pricing. I think Push messaging service might be available for free but with limits.
