Need to bind data of table using wrapper class

I need to craete a Vf page in Below format:

label      product1                  product 2             product 3
name      p1 chckbx                p2  chckbx               p3 chckbx
total         5  chckb                 6     chckb               7  chckb

i need to display table horizontally and also one more thing need to bind all the checkbox values with some other custom object on click of button.
