To hide only the "App set up" from all the users

Hi,

Is it possible to hide only the "App set up" from all the users( Include admins) and see both Personal setup and Adminsitrative setup in salesforce  . What would be the security settings for that profile?

Don't believe there is any setting as such which can prevent the visibility of only the App Set up section - the administrative section has many ORG level settings and is thus a requirement for Admin and his hidden from users to not provide them access to ORG wide settings.

Could you please let us know your use case...even if you o for delegated administration - you will still have object administration option only that can be made available to the users..

My requirement is , I need to hide all our custom code(Apex classes and Apex triggers) from all the users( Including admins) in my production org,so that the users dont have access to view the code. Is there any way possible to do it?
