How to override home tab with account records details page..?

Can anybody help me how to override standard home tab with Account recordsdetail page..? when ever i login into my org then i can able  to see Account records detail page..?

Hi Ganeesh,

Do you wish to see one particular Account detail page or is it that you wish to land on the Account tab to be able to select one account to show?
If you wish users to land on to a specific account detai page - you can built a  visualforce page and follow the approach defined in the thread below:

when ever i login into my org then i am going to see Account Records page in a home tab..

If you wish to see the Account tab as your landing tab- go to setup > Create under Build >  Apps > On first  app choose the Account tab as the landing page.

if you wish to show a particular acocunt on the landing account page - you will have to use VF as stated on the previous post.
