MavensMate IDE installation Error

HI All,

I am trying to install MavensMate IDE for my windows 7 machine.But I am always getting below attachment error I don't know whether I am following the proper site for downloading.Could you please help me on this?.

Did some research online and found that this issue is mostly reported by users behind proxy - one of the users fixed the issue by installing mavensmate from the below link and it worked like a charm...worth a shot:
