Enterprise API authentication by using outbound session id.

I would like to know the way of using Outbound Message SessionId while authenticating Enterprise Wsdl API.
Its throwing error on binding.query

Share the complete error and also enable debug logs to see if you can find any specific clues where the code is breaking.
