How to change domain name in salesforce

Hi,

I have created a domain but it is showing default domain name as "bisp12-developer-edition.na15.force.com". Now i want to change it to let's say "mydomainname.com".  So is it possible to change the domain name. If yes then how?

Check with support but i dont think its possible to change your domain name.  That's why they give the warning before you set it.

If you are in a developer edition, i dont think we can change the domain name.
Probably you will have to redirect the mydomainname.com to the default domain name shown.
This can be done by adding an A record for your domain.
