Within Salesforce1 when trying to attach a file to a contact it says they need admin rights to do so. Can someone help me out with this one.

Hi Sapthagiri, Is this only happening within Salesforce 1 or from the Salesforce UI as well?
Does the user have access to the record where he/she is trying to upload the attachment - just thinking if its something to do with access.
