Using picklist value, how to resize the number of rows in table

I am trying to get resize table by dynamically in visuaforce page

Hi Prasad,

When you say picklist value - I understand that you wish to use it as a filter to alter the number of rows being shown on a VF table.
You can use Selectoption and selectlist to show a filter on VF page such that you can use the value passed in this picklist to filter out the number of records returned on the table:
