Whitelisting Salesforce.com IP Addresses For Integrations Processing

We use IBM WebSphere Cast Iron to integrate between our internal databases and Salesforce.com. Where can I obtain the Salesforce.com IP addresses that should be whitelisted by our company for integrations connectivity and processing? This would include processing regarding Accounts, Assets, Contacts, Opportunities, and Quotes. Thanks, Miki.

Thank you, and I was aware of that link and the information provided there. Just to be clear, are the IP address ranges listed there for end user connectivity via web browser, or integration applications, or both? Thanks again, Miki.

Towards the bottom of the article it states:

API integrations use the same set of IP ranges as the Salesforce website. Please use the IP ranges listed in “Salesforce.com’s IP Ranges” above.
</snip>

So I would say the same set of IP ranges is used for both end user connectivity and API integrations.
