Include Softphone Layout in package

Maybe I am missing something here but is it possible to include a softphone layout in the managed package? I don't see a way form the Add to Package screen.

Hi,

Sorry but not really. I already know where to find and how to configure the softphone layout. I want to know if it was possible ot package one with a release. I don't see any way to include one in a manged package. Is there a way to do that?

One would think, that in 7 years, even Salesforce is able to respond to a simple question like this.

2021, still not able to add a Softphone Layout to a managed (or unmanaged) package.

Best provide your customer with a guide, and advice them to use one of the many different CRMs out there.
