Hi Ishwar,

Try with Eclipse 4.2 "Juno"

Install Force.com IDE in Eclipse 4.2 "Juno":https://developer.salesforce.com/page/Force.com_IDE_Installation

Supporting Operating Systems:

The Winter ’14 release has been tested and validated on the following reference platforms. It should also run on any platforms that support Eclipse 4.2 and Java 6 and above.

Windows XP and 7
Mac OS 10.7 (Lion) and 10.8 (Mountain Lion)
Ubuntu 10.04 and 12.04 LTS Desktop Edition

Thanks,
Rockzz
