How can i get salesforce1 hybrid app and custom brand it

Is it possible to get the code of salesforce1 hyrbid apps (ios and android) and modify them for branding and publish to app stores (for community useres).

The underlying source of the Salesforce1 app is not available to developers, to duplicate and modify.

Regarding branding, with the dawn of the Spring'14 release, you can now customise the look and feel of your Salesforce1 experience using the mobile administration tools.


Check this link on the release notes (http://docs.releasenotes.salesforce.com/en-us/api/release-notes/rn_mobile_salesforce1_newfeats_branding.htm) for a little detail, or in your org navigate to Mobile Administration > Salesforce1 > Branding

This allows you to brand the Salesforce1 experience with a theme colour, custom loading page, and your own icon for the publisher actions in the bottom corner!
