How can i able to see above role hirarchy records in role hirarchy settings? can any one clarify me please
Role hierarchy is setup such that users on levels up can see the data of the users below their level - if you have to open up access for lower level users to be able to access records owned by managers/their managers - you will have to use sharing rules/manual sharing etc.
