update product on opportunity

how can i update the products on my opportunity?

A simple workflow with field update will work. You have to pass by OpportunityLineItem.PriceBookEntry.Product2.MyField__c

That does not help me.
I would add to an existing Opportunity new products. Unfortunately, I do not know for exact workflow
