how to give Reports access to another user

Hi

I have two users with same profile but  different roles

user1 is created some 3 reports.

Now i want to give access to user2 that all reports......

Add the reports to a folder and give folder access to those users.

@Magulan- “We have permission restrictions set in place for our users so that they cannot export data from reports. I want to keep these restrictions in place, but remove them from a particular report that I created and shared with the users. Is this possible? ” Or it is all or none as far as the permissions go since the export reports permission is set at the user profile.
