Person Account/ Account Contacts

Hi,

we are planning to implement person account in our application, but before that  i want some real time advantages and disadvantages for Person Account/Account Contact relationships.

Salesforce.com provides B2B out of the box functionality. By default Person Account is not enabled, to make it enable in your Org you need to call salesforce.com support.
Once enabled Person Account can't be disabled. Before implementing in your production, I would suggest you to enable it in your Developer Edition first and test it as per your requirement.
