Ever since the Spring 14 release, one user not receiving Lead Email Notifications

SFDC support could not help and pointed me here. Please help.

This has been happening since mid Mid April - around release time for our instance.

I have one user that is not receiving email alerts that a new lead has been created for her by our automated integration with Eloqua.

The user receives email notification when she is made lead owner manually.

We did the email deliverablilty test - and yes she received the 52 emails. 

Our IT team has checked the email logs - no emails are hitting our servers. Thoughts?

Are there any other automated mails that are sent to the user thru Eloqua?where are these emails originated from - Salesforce or Eloqua?
Does this user get other automated emails form salesforce say workflow or assignment emails?

The leads are assigned via the lead assignment rules in salesforce. The emails should be coming from salesforce.

All the outgoing emails(manally or auto triggered) are captured in the email logs(https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=email_logs.htm&language=en_US) Could you do one thing - reproduce the issue by triggering the lead assignment - do it for 2 users(one affected other who is recieveing the assignment email)  capture the email logs for this and check if the email log captures both the emails being sent out.

The logs show the progress of the email delivery - you should be able to get some clue from there - in case there are errors - they are captured in the logs(https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=email_logs_format.htm&language=en_US)

I keep getting errors

The email log search request submitted on 2014-05-29 18:54:42 has finished with one or more errors.

Criteria:
Status: Failure

So the email logs issue is a known issue - which they indicate is fixed but not for me.
