Maximum number of Custom Apps

What is the maximum number of Custom Apps that can be created using the Developer Edition?

In Developer Edition can  managed package be created? If not in which edition

1.) You can have max of 10 Custom Apps in Developer Edition.To know more about limis go through the below link :-

2.) Yes,you can create both managed and unmanged package in Developer Edition.
