force.com IDE, DC, or UI

I would like to here the recommendations from veteran Salesforce Developers.  when writing code and testing classes, do you prefer to use developer console, force.com IDE, or user interface.  Why?

I would say Eclipse forever: it is faster when you need to make searches, comparing, easy deploy  from org to org.
But I have to admit that the Developer Console is becoming more and more awesome release by release: I expect that in few years the IDE will be left out in front of the console.

Have you tried Mavens Mate?

This is a cool new IDE based on Sublime Text 3.
