Getting the error " Assignee does not have permission to view Leads". Please let me know your ideas why this error getting.

Hi,

Looks like the user you have selected to assign this lead(Rajesh) doesn't have the permission on his PROFILE to view leads..could you pls check and confirm if this is the case?
