I Want disable this option In Salesforce

  I want remove this option called Gmail Internal.Please find attched image.

Hi,

  I disabled this option in my current profile..

    Go to Setup-->Administer-->Manage Users-->Profiles-->System Administrator-->Click on System Permissions-->Click on EDIT-->Uncheck the checkbox View Global Header-->Save

This is the interface you would see when you have communities enabled in your org, and you cannot disable it if you have communities enabled and if you have access to atleast one community.

Hi,

  I disabled this option in my current profile..
