Design a admin page through visualforce

Here is my Requiremennt.

(show on left corner top like our salesforce administration page)

XYZ Admin Setup            

--> status
 --- progress
 --- completed
--> type
 --- project type

All are custom objects using in my project.

when we click the status arrow below it shows the progress...

Please help me ASAP with code...
