Email-to-Case

Hi Devs,

Is there any option to check the incoming email priority in Email-to-Case function? Any standard or Custom way ?

Do you mean a way to capture if a email is marked important or not? Don't think there is an out of box functionality. However, just wondering if this can be implemented by using a custom email service which can read the header and probably check for the flag that marks the incoming emil as important.

Thanks for your response. How would you read that flag from header? Which apex method ?
