Display related list in approval page when record submiited for approval

Hi , 

I have two objects, i.e. monthly plan and monthly plan line items. 

According my requirement , one of the user will submit the monthly plan to respctive manager . 

is it possible to display monthly plan line item related list in approval page ?

Unfortunately it is not possible to add related lists to the approval page. You can only customize few things like adding fields etc.., as explained in the below post
