How to configure a floating holiday?

Hi,

Do you guys know if there is a built-in way to configure a floating holiday (such as "the second monday of february, every year").

You should be able to setup holidays as "Recurring" and set them up as "he second monday of february, every year". Please see this: https://help.salesforce.com/htviewhelpdoc?err=1&id=customizesupport_holidays.htm&siteLang=en_US
