unable to find system log

I can't see system log. Can anybody know about this?

System Logs are now available as a part of the Developer Console, accessable by clicking Your Name | Developer Console in your Salesforce instance

Have you tried Setup--> Monitor --> Logs, Then you have to click on "New" button, and add current user.
