Hello, I want to export the workflow rules,field update and email alerts to my system from the salesforce. Can anyone please help me
You can use a 3rd party tool such as Eclipse or Mavensmate to export the schema from your org, which includes the schema types you mention above. There is no way to "export" this information through the standard Salesforce UI.
