Can you view attached files in an article in Knowledge on website using the Public Knowledge App?
I can see the attached files in Knowledge but when I open up the Public Knowledge url I only see the article with no attached pdf. Its there a setting I am missing or is it not possible to view the files throught the PK?

Can you please post screenshot of the article in your Salesforce org and PKB .
Also what is the attachment file type, did you try on different browsers.
