Creating Canvas app in chatter tab

Hi ,

I'm trying Connect LMS system with Salesforce Chatter, 
i was used singlesign post for the authantication 

But getting error 

Please help on this issue

I was Created through SAML With Canvas app in chatter tab. 
then it allows to connect in singlesign post for third praty application in salesforce chatter tab,

Now I'm able to connect to the other app in salesfore chatter tab
