How do I create a trigger for Attachments?

I would like to create a trigger for attachments, however I cannot find the options page for this object.
Where do I need to go to create attachments for this object?

If you open the developer console and click new -> apex trigger Then choose "Attachment" from the sObject, you can create a trigger against it there.
