Unable to find Task object while creating new email alert

I am trying to create an email alert but i could not locate 'Task' in available object drop down list.

Along with TASK we can't create Email Alert for below objects.

Hi Anupama,

As per SFDC current version creating an email alert on Task object is not possible

Best to My analysis, create a Batch Apex Job that will pull all the Task records having status value other than “Completed/Closed” and Last Modified  Date is less than current date (i.e. if Today is 30June , then we should  pick all the tasks having last modified date as 29 June) and should shoot an email to “Assigned to” of task with their current status value (regardless of any flips between the different status values in a record)  at the time of Apex job will run.

Note: Last Modified date can be changed on a record , if any field value on record changes. (i.e. we are not limiting only to Status Field value changed.
