Transport Layer Security (TLS) connection

Hii ,

As per the   " http://developer.android.com/google/gcm/ccs.html " document we are trying to make the XMPP connections between salesforce and GCM . Can anybody suggeset the detailed steps to follow from salesforce org.
We are strucked with a point " Initiating Transport Layer Security (TLS) connection" in salesforce.

Thanks for your response , I was gone thorugh the above link , but still its related to connected App . If we use connected apps we are suppose to provide salesforce org user Ids , but our requiremnet is we have mobile device registrations Ids ,using them i want to send notifications to device
