This error tells you that SF cannot find this object.
Tryt to add __c when calling a custom object(like cust_cntrl_Lead__c). Also don't forget that all custom objects and fields have "__c" in the end.

Somewhere in this discussion forum i came across something called AccountTeamMember sObject...
the person was trying to create a handler of this type...
Even i could not find this type of sObject...even looked in Workbench...
Do you think even he got the same error...(he did not mentioned it...)
