Field Name Change in Report Tab

How to Change the Field Name in Report Tab .Can we change it dynamically.

The field names in reports are inherited from the label of your field.  You have a few options to change the name in the report:
  1. Update your field label to the desired name.  This works rather simply for custom fields, but if you're using a standard field, see if you can override the label in Setup->Customize->Tab Names and Labels->Rename Tab Names and Labels
  2. Duplicate the field as a Formula, giving it your desired label.
