Go to "layout" by clicking on Edit Layout button from top right of your Detail page for your Object and add Visulafore Page to the section where you want to see that on your detail page layout.
Inline visualforce page hidden by pageloayout. Just add the inline visualforce apge from related object page layout. There is a section name "visualforce page". Drag it into any section.
Does the profile have access to the VF page ?
