Automatic uploading of pdf files to Salesforce

Hi,

How can I automatically  upload pdf files to salesforce from an Ubunto 14.04 operating system on daily bases?

Perhaps you could try Data Loader (https://developer.salesforce.com/page/Using_Data_Loader_from_the_command_line)
