Unable to get Challenge Questions to show on Password Resets

Hello all,

I am un able to get the Challenge questions to show when doing password resets, or selecting forgot my password.

After geting the Password reset email and going to the link ( {!Community_Url} ) It only asks to specify a new password and verify new password. It does not ask for the challenge quesiton.

Hi Sonam,

When I go to My Settings, i get a "My Settings" popup window that contains Location Settings, Security Settings, Email Settings, Reminders, Approved Connections. When I go into Security Settings, my only options are to change user name, and change my password. The security question is not there.

AAh..could you please go to your User record and confirm the type of license you are using, is it Chatter Only user?

We are using "Partner Community" lienses.

security questions is currently not available for community users. You can achieve this by creating a Visualforce page. I have found some links that can guide you with this, please see below:
